What can you expect?

Service & 25-point check
Every bike is thoroughly cleaned, lubricated and adjusted, and dismantled where necessary. A dirty drivetrain goes into our ultrasonic cleaning bath. And every bike is checked on 25 critical points.

Upgrades where needed
We replace worn parts: tyres, cables, brakes, bar tape, saddle or drivetrain. So every bike leaves with parts you can ride many kilometres on again.

Transparency & trust
With every bike you get a clear overview: what was replaced or overhauled, and what the general condition of the bike is. No surprises afterwards.

Our DTVM warranty
Reliable and ready to ride, that is what we stand for. On top of the legal warranty, the DTVM warranty covers the frame, the fork and all parts that are not subject to wear. You will find the wear parts in our terms and conditions.
